This very attractive unit has two bedrooms, each with a modern style queen-sized bed. One large full bath with whirlpool tub and a separate shower downstairs, and ½ bath upstairs. The upscale interior offers granite counter tops, hardwood floors and tile. Features include gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, washer, dryer, cable TV, 3 Flatscreen TVs, 2 DVD players, one VHS player, stereo with CD, surround sound with built-in iPOD, ceiling fans, wireless internet, screened porch, outdoor shower, and central air conditioning and heat.
No Linens (blankets are provided). No Pets. No Smoking. Limit of 4 people. Limit of 2 vehicles. Allows Partial Stays in Off Season and on short notice if not already booked. RENTAL FEE INCLUDES PROFESSIONAL CLEANING AFTER YOUR STAY.
A 42 foot deep water boat slip (with water, electric and cable) is available with all Down Creek rentals upon request and at no additional charge. D104 includes Slip #6.
