Beautifully maintained home in a wonderful private neighborhood in Brewster. Located just a short walk by way of a private secluded beach path is a freshwater beach, perfect for swimming, kayaking, canoing, or fishing. Relax in the private fenced in backyard with Adirondack chairs or curl up in the hammock. Perfect location. Very close to Cape Cod Bay beaches, Nickerson State Park, golfing, Cape Cod Rail Trail and easily accessible to Route 6 and Route 6A.
Come and enjoy a Cape Cod Baseball League game, or play a round of golf at one of New England's best "Dennis Pines" or "The Captains Course". Explore the tidal pools at low tide at the famous "Brewster Flats" or catch striped bass on the incoming tide. After a full day, unwind at one of the first class restaurants along Route 6A, or grill up a fabulous meal in the private back yard.
This recently purchase house is new to the vacation market. The Main floor has a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen with an attached screened in porch, perfect for eating breakfast and plan your Cape Cod Day. A queen, a full and two twin size beds are in the three upstairs bedrooms. Air Conditioners are in each room in addition to a large AC for the rest of the house A full bath as well as a master bath on the main floor. The lower level is a fully furnished walk out area with a play room, TV room, Mud Entrance room, and office with computer.
Bring your canoes, kayaks for a paddle on the lovely Canoe Pond or Upper Mill Pond. Don't forget to bring your bikes to ride the Cape Cod Rail Trail.
Explore Brewster's cute village or other nearby towns like Chatham, Orleans (Nauset Beach voted one of the top five beaches) or head up to Provincetown for a whale watch.
This Non Smoking house is very well appointed with all the luxuries you need. This is our family getaway that we are willing to rent to other Responsible Families.
