Additional laundry sink in garage, full mud room with washer and dryer,a full bath with shower off mud room, a lower level master bedroom and bath with double sinks, and a queen sized bed. The 2nd story has a loft area with foosball table, a queen bed and 4 twin beds, a deck with a view of the ocean and a full bath, while the 3rd story has a king sized bed with a full bathroom. Also available 1 standard pack & play and 1 mini pack & play.
3 plasma televisions with numerous HD satellite channels, full size washer and dryer, all linens and towels are provided. A wood burning fireplace is yours to enjoy. There are hardwoods throughout all living space on main floor, granite countertops and comfortable seating for 10.
This home is a kid friendly, no smoking, no pets environment, so everyone is able to enjoy their stay.
Check in is 4pm and check out is 11am. With no exceptions.
