The Tea Lodge is located within walking distance of hiking trails in the White River National Forest. Mountain views are visable from every room and they will take your breath away. Beautiful Aspens, Red and Blue Spruce cover the property with a creek running through them.

A short 5-minute ride to town (winter or summer) will take you to everything Breckenridge and surrounding Summit County has to offer. Whether it is World Class Skiing, biking, sailing, kayaking or shopping, it only takes a few minutes to go throughout the county and find your favorite spot. For fly-fishing, the famous Blue River is right out the door.

The Tea Lodge offers the perfect Colorado experience in a cozy log home with an 8 ft fireplace. There is also "Grandma's" 1910 cook stove to warm up some hot toddies, if you desire. Each room is it's own private space including bathroom, television & WIFI Internet. A pot for tea or coffee and a bottle of wine will welcome you when you arrive.

A large deck surrounds the house and you can take your coffee out for a crisp Colorado morning and sit basking in the sun. If you would rather have a relaxing time in the hot tub, it is right there for your enjoyment as well.

Our home has 4 bedrooms, 4&1/2 baths, a den, spacious living room, formal dining that will seat 12, kitchen that seats 8 and a library/sitting room.

  • We thoroughly enjoyed a wonderful fall retreat in your unique and welcoming home. The living areas are intimate and inviting yet able to accomodate lots of folks. The fireplace is truly remarkable - a work of art. We loved gathering around it and stretching out on the couches and recliners - not to mention the "kids" sprawling on the floor. You have created a one of a kind home and filled it with such love and special collections. We loved the deck and the magnificant views of the vivid yellow aspens. Breckenridge in the fall is magnificent. We can't wait to come back - maybe in the spring for the film festival!

  • A huge, beautiful home decorated in funky, rustic comfort mode. Like having your very own mountain ski lodge. Plenty of bed and bath privacy, yet big spaces to get the whole group together for meals and socializing. The hosts are congenial and accommodating.
