House can be cooled via dual-zone central air although you probably won’t need it with the multiple ceiling fans and cooling ocean breezes. Full basement with bulkhead for extra storage. This is the perfect home for someone who wants an upscale rental in fabulous condition walking distance to famous Ditch Plains beach.
Hike through the cliffs of nearby Shadmoor State Park with its ocean vistas or take a leisurely stroll along the shores of Ditch Plains Beach. Close to South Lake entrance to Lake Montauk for paddleboarding, kayaking, and boating. Convenient to town, restaurants, shopping, and all that Montauk has to offer.
