Lake Breeze Exterior - New York Vacation Rentals Lake Breeze is an Adirondack style home with an exceptional view of Paradox Lake from its huge and well furnished wrap around screened in porch. A 200 foot walk down a gently sloping hill from the house takes you to a 511 ft. shared sandy beach and the boat dock. The master bedroom overlooks the lake, has its own balcony, queen size bed and bath with shower. Two bedrooms have double beds and one has a twin bunk bed and a twin bed (3 twins in all). There is one full bath with tub and another bath with shower (3 bathrooms in all) and an outdoor shower. The living room is comfortably furnished and has a stone fireplace. The country kitchen has an electric stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, trash compacter, and two full size refrigerators.

$1900/week
Deposit of 50% due at time of booking
Balance of rent and a $300 damage deposit due 14 days prior to arrival date.
Damage deposit will be returned 14 days after departure contingent upon inspection
A 60-day notice is required for cancellations.
