The house is on the beachfront near St Cruz/Miramar, 20 minutes south of San Blas: 2 hours (140 km, 80 miles) north of Puerto Vallarta. The main floor has 2 bedrooms: 1 double bed: 2 twin beds, 2 baths, full kitchen, dining area and living room. The upper floor is occupied by the owners or other renters or is vacant depending on the season.
A swimming beach is right out front with an ocean breeze to keep the heat just right. There is a large yard with a great ocean view. A short walk away is a small marketplace in St Cruz with groceries and sundries available, or travel 20 minutes to San Blas for fancier restaurants and shopping. |
