Charming Cape House approximately 850 Sq ft house that lives big! As you turn on our street you will feel that you have truly arrived on the Cape with a view of a salt marsh and the ocean beyond that.
Recently completely remodeled including new kitchen with maple cabinets, new bathroom with tiled shower and washer dryer, new wood floors and fresh paint all around. In the pictures you may see that some trim work had not completely been finished painting. We have several families that have come back since we have owned it for the last 5 years and love the house.
The street is a quintessential Cape Cod private sand street that allows the children to bike and play in safety and the adults to take quiet walks. Although when at the house you feel away from the summer time crowds, you are less than a mile to RT 28 with all that has to offer in terms of shopping, food, and entertainment.
We are 3 miles from downtown Hyannis and 15 minuets from Dennis & Harwich. Only 8/10 mile to Seagull Beach voted one of the best beaches on Cape Cod. A safe side walk brings you to the beach no busy streets to cross.
We have a large deck and roomy yard for backyard cook-outs and games. Enjoy summer nights on the sun porch, read a book or watch the Red Sox! Pack light- we have beach chairs, toys,bikes and baby stuff too. 1 Bedroom has Queen bed, Bedroom 2 has a twin with trundle. A stand up and walk around loft the size of the house has 2 twins and a kid play area. Relax and Enjoy!
