In the east side of the Metropolitan area, with a wonderful climate is Moravia. This house is located in Barrio La Guaria, one of the most exclusive Upper Class neighborhoods of Moravia. It is a well located, elegant, quiet and secure residential area, full of gardens and very nice houses. In which you can access many services but at the same time you can enjoy a peaceful environment. The house has a 24 hour security system.
We have two apartments in Casa Doña Nelse, boths are totally private and independent and they have its own entrance from the street level. Apartment #1 has two bedrooms (up to 4 people), one bathroom a big living room, kitchen, balcony, big garage, laundry and dryer machine. Apartment #2 has two bedrooms (up to 3 persons) it is a nice and cute three level apartment, with two balconies (kitchen and oficce) gardens and backyard and offers its guests the best in comfort and ambiance. Both apartment four guests can sleep comfortably in the apartment. Fully furnished with stove, coffee maker, cooking and eating utensils, whashing machine, Linens, towels and maid is provided.
From Casa Doña Nelse, you can easily get to San Jose's main tourist attractions, just a 15 minutes ride in the bus: The National Museum, the House of Congress, the Foreign Relations Ministry, Democracy Square, the National Theatre, Cultural Plaza, the Gold and Jade Museums and the Central Market. Near the house are fine restaurants, souvenir shops, fitness centers, movie houses, and theatres.
Also we have a bedroom fully furnished with meals, whashing chothes, linens and towels in a family house. Perfect for students!!
