New (2007) home on the beach. Spectacular view and very quiet, uncrowded beach. Tiki hut with hammocks on the beach for ultimate relaxation.
Set up as two bedroom on the first floor and three bedrooms on the second. Upstairs has three LCD TV's with DVD players and a Bose sound dock for ipod. Down has LCD TV and DVD player. Both have large granite counter with double sinks in master bath.
Short beach walk to 'Da Conch Shack' and 'Horse Eye Jack's'.

We were inspired by the peace and beauty of the Beach House. It was like living a dream on your own private beach.We were overwhelmed by the feeling of relaxation. We never wanted to leave and go anywhere else. We would walk down the beach for lunch,a trip to IGA and an elegant dinner out. Mostly we just stayed. It was amazing the snorkling just in front of the house, Sitting on the deck or in the hammocks and I thought for sure I was in a Corona add..didn't want to leave and hope to make it a yearly trip

BEAUTIFUL! We've been twice and can't wait to go back. The house is gorgeous. All the amenities of home but with a much better view! I loved having the choice of staying at the house and enjoying the beach just with the people who I was with or taking a short walk to get conch fritters at Da Conch Shack or taking a short drive to the Coral Gardens to go parasailing and be served drinks on the beach. The locations offers the best of both wolrds: relaxing privacy or fun at the resorts, shopping and dining out. My favorite part is the view. There is no better compliment to your morning coffe or evening cocktails on the deck than looking out over the turquoise waters and enjoying the breeze. -As I am writing this I wonder why I am not there right now...

This was the best vacation I have been on in 5 years. The location was incredible. You walk out the door and are on the short path to the beach. Both the upstairs and downstairs living quarters are wonderfully decorated and very comfortable. The beach area and Tiki Hut make a day at the beach very relaxing. The trip from the airport is a short drive of 10-15 minutes. Waking up and looking at the incredible views and just walking along the quiet beach make this one of the most relaxing vacation spots around. I can't wait to go back again and again.
