The oversized balcony is a terrific place to relax and enjoy your morning coffee, cool down after a hot day in the sun, or dine in the evening while enjoying the sunsets and the warm ocean breezes. This is a perfect place to vacation in close proximity to lots of shopping, dining, and recreation choices. If you prefer to travel less while you are here, wake up to a morning walk on our beautiful sugar white sandy beach, or enjoy biking along the 18 mile paved bike trail that parallels Scenic Highway 30A running from Dune Allen to Rosemary Beach.
Blue Lupine, formerly known as the Inn at Blue Mountain, is a charming 48 unit complex nestled quietly on the south side of Scenic 30A in Blue Mountain Beach, and just a few minutes drive to the Seaside and Sandestin areas. Each unit has interior access from a 4-story, sky-lit atrium with tropical plants and sitting areas. Elevators are located at both ends of the building to provide easy access from the lobby area or inside the gated garage. The building offers wireless internet service, a fully equipped exercise room, and a large Gulf front heated community pool and hot tub area with direct beach access. Beach chair and umbrella setups are available for rent during the season for your convenience.
Our condo features a split bedroom floor plan with a large open kitchen, dining, and living room area which is great for family gatherings and entertaining while offering privacy for the bedroom areas. The kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking and dining essentials. In addition, there is a barbeque grill available for guests and located on the ground floor next to the lobby entrance. The master bedroom suite features a king size bed, Jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, double vanitites, and private balcony. The 2nd bedroom features a queen size bed, private bath and sliding door balcony access with view. The 3rd bedroom has twin beds and shares the main hall bathroom. For additional guests, there is a queen size sleeper sofa located in the living room area. Ceiling fans are located throughout the condo to add to that breezy tropical feel.
The "Beaches of South Walton" is unique in that we are one of only four locations in the world that features numerous eco-sensitive coastal dune lakes. We welcome the opportunity to share our secret with you when you choose to make us your next vacation destination.
