If you're looking for either a quick escape (as few as 3 days, year-round) or a longer stay, then join our loyal group of renters who seek out our oceanfront villa each year. You'll enjoy a remodeled villa with luxury comfort and amenities, all priced to give you a great vacation value.
We invite you to review the pictures and video of our villa, and to compare our major remodel to any other unit at the Beach and Tennis Resort. Renters’ reactions have been unanimously positive, and we're confident you'll be pleased, too.
Inside, you’ll be welcomed by 21st century comforts, amenities and décor inside your villa. Flat-screen HDTV’s in the living area and bedroom. Granite countertops and tile floors. A more spacious bedroom than most other comparable villas at the Beach & Tennis Resort (gone are those tiny, uncomfortable bunk beds). A desk area with wireless internet access. A personal AM/FM/CD player/iPod charging dock. Fresh queen-size bedding. A contemporary dinette. And a bistro set on the balcony.
One of the first things you’ll notice as you approach your villa is “location.” You’re staying in one of the closest villas to the beach and pool that Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort offers: both are only steps away. You have access to the same beautiful beach as first-class resorts and homes.
Your villa is a first-floor Oceanfront unit in the desirable "C" building that faces both the ocean and the Island's largest pool. And while you're conveniently close to the parking lot, you don't overlook it – helping to make for a quieter villa.
You’ll enjoy your first-floor oceanfront villa and the unmatched relaxation, recreation, and family atmosphere of Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort – all at a good value. It’s a “great escape” for tennis, golf, the beach, shopping, or any of the countless pursuits the Island offers.
And because you can rent our villa year-round for as few as 3 days, ours is that perfect quick getaway for couples or small families in such locales as Atlanta, Augusta, Charlotte, Chattanooga, Columbia, Columbus, Fayetteville, Jacksonville, Knoxville, Tallahassee, or others living within an easy day's drive of the Island (which also means spending less money on gas!).
You'll work directly with us for all bookings and rental activity, so there's no need to deal with resort “middle-men.” We accept your debit and credit card payments thru PayPal.
We’re determined to offer you a comfortable villa escape, while maintaining one of the best values on the Island. Because we hope that not only your first visit, but each visit, will make you want to come back again and again.

Why the Owner Chose Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort
Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort is ideal for families. It's right on a beautiful, wide, sandy beach, plus it has a huge swimming pool, play area, and in-season family activities. And there are lots of tennis courts right on the premises. The Resort is also well situated, right between the bridge to the Island and Pope Avenue Circle - everything is easily accessible.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
You can't get much closer to the wide, beautiful, sandy beach than our villa. We enjoy taking our chairs, umbrella and towels down to the sand for fun and relaxation. You can't beat the great golf courses both on- and off-island. We've highlighted a few suggestions on the accompanying map. Hilton Head offers lots to do when you want to do something - yet it's a peaceful and quiet escape when you want that, too. We go as often as we can, and we can't wait to go back. We hope you'll want to come again and again, too.
A beautiful, wide, sandy beach is only about 250 steps away from our oceanfront villa. Yes, you're THAT close.
Excellent seafood and American cuisine is found here. We love the ambience and the view of the marshlands.
Whenever we drive to Hilton Head from Atlanta, our first night's dinner is just up the street at Carrabba's. Excellent food, value-priced, conveniently located - and a great "happy hour"!
There are lots of miniature golf courses on the Island, but you can't beat this one for its nearby location.
This is our favorite on-island course. Hole #6, a Par 3, offers a spectacular view that opens eastward to Port Royal Sound. The green is framed by handsome Island homes and majestic trees.
We appreciate a course that is open and forgiving. It’s by no means easy, but you often have a good chance at recovering from a wayward tee shot. Off-island means it's more affordable, too.
Old South Golf Links, off-island and more affordable, is lots of fun with challenging landing areas amid the marshes.
For “destination" dining. Both the cuisine and service are top-flight. Expensive but worth it for a special night. Consider making your reservation when you can enjoy the beautiful sunset view.
We’re breakfast people! There's one closer, but the Pope Avenue location of Plantation Cafe is our on-island favorite for a good, hot breakfast.
Everyone enjoys the Salty Dog. Have dinner, grab some great ice cream, enjoy a drink, listen to the live music outside, watch the little kids dance - and buy a shirt or two!
Off-island, we recommend this chain restaurant for breakfast. We especially enjoy the corned beef hash with eggs and potato pancakes. Yum!
Here's where the iconic Harbour Town lighthouse sits. In this area, you can find lots of shops and restaurants as well as boat tours. You can see the famed 18th finishing hole at Harbour Town Golf Links, home of the annual PGA event, The Heritage.
Owner's Map of Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort
Walt and I decided a few years ago to find a resort area that could be ours to share with each other - a place neither of us had visited before; an escape we could call "our own." It's funny, we actually had decided to visit several resort areas around the Southeast before settling on one. Hilton Head Island was the first place we visited, and we fell in love with it immediately.

My husband and I stayed here for the 4th of July weekend! What an amazing place to visit. And even more beautiful on the 4th of July with all the fireworks! This was my first time to the beach & ocean, so the condo's location was perfect! With the condo being right next to the beach, we were able to spend as much time as we wanted at the ocean in the early morning, afternoon, and late night, while still enjoying the comforts of the condo! The condo was very clean and well decorated — not to mention the couch seriously is as comfy as they say it is! We will definitely be going back to Hilton Head Island for future vacations!

Great place to take a vacation. Condo was as advertised right to a T. Kathy was great to work with excellent communication through the entire process. Wonderful beach very good sand to walk bare foot on and the ocean water was very warm in the low 80's. Condo is updated and up graded don't need to bring very much plenty of towels to use. Maintenance man who was cleaning the AC unit said one of the better units in the complex. If you love to shop & eat great place to be is Hilton Head Island. Bike riding is a must only $22 to rent for entire week great people to deal with combo lock comes with bike rental. Pool and beach is only a very short walk from condo. Hope this helps someone make their decision a little easier. Thanks I enjoyed my stay at Hilton Head Island Beach Resort.
Owner response:Thanks Dan, I enjoyed working with you as well. So glad that you enjoyed our condo and your time in Hilton Head. We hope you'll come back and think of Hilton Head as a second home, we do!

What a Nice Place to Stay!

My husband and I stayed at the condo from 6/8-6/14 and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! The condo was perfect for the two of us and was very clean, comfortable (loved the couch and bed), and nicely decorated. We could tell that the place had been recently renovated and the owners have done a great job on the place! I loved how close we were to the beach and how close we were to other attractions and areas on the island. For my 1st trip to Hilton Head, staying at this condo was the perfect place to be! As to why we rated the overall experience as good instead of excellent, we noticed that the actualy resort itself was somewhat run down looking and there were several late nights and early mornings where there were children and teenagers running around and yelling outside the condo door. However I still definitely recommend this as a good place to stay and would come back.
Owner response:Thanks for the nice words, Matt and Emily. I'm sorry to hear about the kids and teenagers. We'll be sure to pass along your comments to the management of the resort property. We hope to have you back again soon!

We had a great time at this villa. This was our first time on Hilton Head Island and the villa's location is great, and we loved its close proximity to the beach. It truely is one of the closest villas to the beach. The owner was great to work with and we would definately come back and hope to next year. Thanks again for a wonderful and relaxing week.
