Why the Owner Chose Sunchase
We chose Gulf Shores because of the Florida like beaches and weather without the Florida like crowds. There are plenty of things to do here, Golf, Fish, Waterpark,...etc but you still get that small town feel and the folks here are very friendly.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The most unique benifit we get is the fact that from the porch and every window in our unit we can watch people walking up and down the beach.
Alligator sanctuary with daily feeding show. The kids love it because they get to hold a small alligator.
Fort Morgan is a historic masonry star fort at the mouth of Mobile Bay, Alabama, United States. Some scholars regard it as "one of the finest examples of military architecture in the New World."[3] The post was named in honor of Revolutionary War hero Daniel Morgan. Construction was completed in 1834 and it received its first garrison in March of the same year.

Hello, our names are Jeff and Teresa, we were born and raised in a little town in southwest Washington. After 23 years in the Army, Teresa and I decided to retire. We have always wanted a special place to vacation and we found it here. We are simple people that like to enjoy life and share it with others. We offer up our home so that others can enjoy the white sands and warm weather that Gulf Shores has to offer; it's only steps away, take that first step.

We had a great fall break at the condo... it's so nice and quiet in October! The condo was VERY clean and neat and had everything we needed. There are upgraded appliances and plenty of room to relax. The location is great - just walk out on the porch and have a super view of the beach and just a short walk to the beach itself. If we have opportunity to come to Gulf Shores again, we would definitely stay here! Thanks for the hospitality!

My family and I had a wonderful time. The place was very comfortable and the weather was wonderful. My kids loved the pool and the beach. The owners were very helpful. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends.

The location was great. The condo was as it appeared on the website. Very clean and homey. The owners were very helpful. The rental process couldn't have been easier. I would recommend this property to everyone. We would recommend LuLu's as a fun place. We also enjoyed a lot of lazy beach time and dolphin watching. Great vacation.

We had a blast on our last vacation before school starts. The kids loved the Nintendo64 and the bedroom. The beach was very close and not crowded like some of the others. One of the biggest advantages to this condo is the owner. We had a couple questions while there and he replied very fast. I would recommend this condo to anyone with no hesitation.

He was on vacation and went out of his way, without being asked, to fix a few things for me that needed attention like replacing a few light bulbs, tightening a faucet handle and fixing the stopper in the bathroom sink. I just want to publicly thank you Frank for going that extra mile, it will not be forgotten.

This was our first trip to GS and it was great! The owner Jeff was easy to work with and very accommodating. The condo was on the beach side and even though not a "luxury" condo, it had everything we needed for a great stay. The pool was very small but the kids didn't care, they still loved it. To have covered parking was another plus and just one story up made it easy to cary all our stuff back and forth. Hope to stay with you again in the future!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sunchase. The easy check-in and checkout is good. There was easy access to the beach. The pool was clean and well maintained. The room was clean and ready as advertised. The only negative was that the wash rags were stained from what, we don't know, so we used our own. Also, we probably would prefer an extra half bath. Overall, the condo was well worth the money and the owners were easy to communicate with and very helpful. We would most definitely choose this room again.

Our vacation was wonderful! The condo was clean and comfortable. Being able to open the door and see the beach view was great! The short walk to the beach was a definite plus. We will definitely be back!

By the time summer is over this year I will have stayed in this unit 3 times!! We love it!! it is very tastefully decorated, the beds are comfortable and the owner has stocked it very well!! It is in a great location and right on the beach!!

The condo was very clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. The location on the beach is fantastic! We would higly recommend this condo to anyone! Absolutely great value! Wonderful view of ocean from front door. We loved the first level location. Just the right amount of stairs to climb... Quick access to beach and pool.
