The location and condo were perfect! I enjoyed the ability to see the water from the door and have private beach access! I would definiteluy recommend it and will definitely book another vacation there again!

MY HUSBAND AND I STAYED IN MAY OF LAST YEAR AND ENJOYED OURSELVES AND THIS GREAT CONDO SO MUCH WE CAME BACK THIS YEAR. JEFF WAS VERY HELPFUL AND EASY TO WORK WITH. THE CONDO IS CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE AND WELL MAINTAINED, IT'S A PLEASURE TO JUST KICK BACK AND RELAX. WE HOPE TO COME BACK SOON.

My family and I spent Easter break here and it was perfect. Plenty of room for the 5 of us (plus our granddaughter!) Very convienent location and very family friendly. Particularly appreciated the restaurant brochures and binder of local information. We are planning our next trip!

My family of five spent our spring break week here and loved it! My daughter has already asked to come back next year. The condo is very clean, great furnishings, loved the convenience of the washer and dryer. The size was great for a family with 3 children. The dishes were clean and I was able to find everything I needed to cook a few meals. The photos accurately reflect the overall apperance. The location was awesome! The condo is right on the beach and in close proximity to shopping and lots of restaurants. We loved the Hangout (great place for kids and adults), we made a trip to Alligator Alley (very cool) and to the Naval Aviation Museum in Penscola (on a rainy day). The owner was very helpful and quick to answer all questions, and was very quick to return our deposit. Thanks again!!!

We enjoyed our stay in this unit. It has more room that it looks. We had 2 adults and 4 children, and had plenty of "play room". We have stayed in the smaller complexes before, but enjoyed this one the most. We will definitely stay here again in the future! Also, the complex manager was extremely nice, and visible on the property, making sure there was no problems, and no one parking in other peoples spaces, (there was one local vehicle that was visiting someone in the complex, that kept parking in other peoples places). Overall we thoroughly enjoyed the stay!

Enjoyed our stay in this condo. It is centrally located in the heart of Gulf Shores with easy access to beach, restaurants, other shopping, etc. Nice kitchen and eating area with good sized bedrooms. It is well decorated and up to date.

The pictures and description were very accurate in this very nice property. A spotlessly clean condo with comfortable furnishings and well-stocked kitchen with upgraded appliances. We didn't cook any meals but could have easily. We LOVED the ice-maker, however, and used it regularly...happy hours on the porch watching the activity on the beach.and the spectacular sunsets. Loved the convenience of a washer and dryer in the unit and the covered parking. Staying on the beach makes for easy early morning and late evening walks on the beach.....priceless!

We had a great fall break at the condo... it's so nice and quiet in October! The condo was VERY clean and neat and had everything we needed. There are upgraded appliances and plenty of room to relax. The location is great - just walk out on the porch and have a super view of the beach and just a short walk to the beach itself. If we have opportunity to come to Gulf Shores again, we would definitely stay here! Thanks for the hospitality!

The location was great. The condo was as it appeared on the website. Very clean and homey. The owners were very helpful. The rental process couldn't have been easier. I would recommend this property to everyone. We would recommend LuLu's as a fun place. We also enjoyed a lot of lazy beach time and dolphin watching. Great vacation.

We had a blast on our last vacation before school starts. The kids loved the Nintendo64 and the bedroom. The beach was very close and not crowded like some of the others. One of the biggest advantages to this condo is the owner. We had a couple questions while there and he replied very fast. I would recommend this condo to anyone with no hesitation.

He was on vacation and went out of his way, without being asked, to fix a few things for me that needed attention like replacing a few light bulbs, tightening a faucet handle and fixing the stopper in the bathroom sink. I just want to publicly thank you Frank for going that extra mile, it will not be forgotten.

This was our first trip to GS and it was great! The owner Jeff was easy to work with and very accommodating. The condo was on the beach side and even though not a "luxury" condo, it had everything we needed for a great stay. The pool was very small but the kids didn't care, they still loved it. To have covered parking was another plus and just one story up made it easy to cary all our stuff back and forth. Hope to stay with you again in the future!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sunchase. The easy check-in and checkout is good. There was easy access to the beach. The pool was clean and well maintained. The room was clean and ready as advertised. The only negative was that the wash rags were stained from what, we don't know, so we used our own. Also, we probably would prefer an extra half bath. Overall, the condo was well worth the money and the owners were easy to communicate with and very helpful. We would most definitely choose this room again.

By the time summer is over this year I will have stayed in this unit 3 times!! We love it!! it is very tastefully decorated, the beds are comfortable and the owner has stocked it very well!! It is in a great location and right on the beach!!

The condo was very clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. The location on the beach is fantastic! We would higly recommend this condo to anyone! Absolutely great value! Wonderful view of ocean from front door. We loved the first level location. Just the right amount of stairs to climb... Quick access to beach and pool.

We took our kids down and had a wonderful time. Beach and pool were in great shape. Easy access to all of Gulf Shores. Short walk down to the beach made lugging all of the toys an easy task.

My family enjoyed our stay here. The condo was very nicely furnished and had just enough room for us. I have a 3 and 5 year old who enjoyed their room that had video game included with it. However, we were enjoying ourselves in the pool one afternoon and had someone come out and complain that the kids were being to loud. I could understand the complaint if it were late but it was only 3 in the afternoon and the kids were just laughing and having a great time. From what I gathered there are not a lot of young kids that stay or live in these condos. Other than that, we had a blast!!

My family and I stayed at this condo for three nights and four days. The condo is very clean and has been updated. Very nice, felt like home! Located at a great location, not far from the Hang Out and other local spots, but just far enough out of reach to be able to relax. We will definitely stay again. Missing it already!

WE ENJOYED STAYING AT THE CONDO. YOU COULD OPEN THE DOOR AND WATCH THE WAVES AT THE OCEAN. WAS ONLY A VERY SHORT WALK DOWN TO THE BEACH.THE CONDO WAS VERY CLEAN. WAS PERFECT FOR OUR VISIT, EVERYTHING WE NEEDED WAS THERE. THE CONDO WAS EXACTLY LIKE THE PHOTOS. WE WOULD LOVE TO STAY HERE AGAIN. WE HAD TO CHANGE OUR PLANS BECAUSE OF WEATHER AND JEFF WORKED WITH US AND EVERYTHING WORKED OUT PERFECTLY. WE WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANY FAMILY.

This condo was exactly what we were looking for. A friend of mine was about to get married, so the girls in the wedding spent the weekend at this condo for some sun and relaxation before the big day! The place was very comfortable and clean. There were plenty of attractions nearby, and the owners made the rental process quick and easy! Thanks for sharing your cozy condo with us!

Our vacation was wonderful! The condo was clean and comfortable. Being able to open the door and see the beach view was great! The short walk to the beach was a definite plus. We will definitely be back!
