Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Bausustanz ist älter, aber von innen renoviert. Die Lage direkt am schönsten Strand von Cocoa Beach ist ein Traum! Das Haus war sauber und die Eigentümer sehr bemüht alles in Ordnung zu halten. Empfehlenswert!

We are a family of 4 and we stayed at the beach house for 2 weeks. We had the best time ever. The house is amazing and to be honest every morning I still think about the view we had from the master bed room, looking at the sun set with the kids in bed, what a paradise. We had so much fun. This house is the best with kids, having the beach has a backyard, you cannot ask for more. The owners are amazing, they made us feel at home. My family of 8 adults and 6 grandchildren love this house! Our jaws dropped when we walked in the first time! Now it seems like home away from home and we are impressed every year with the changes that have been made. We spend much of our time on the back porch and everyone loves the beach. The view is amazing! We have already reserved for next year and the grandchildren are begging to go back to "our" beach house!

We enjoyed a terrific time at SunnyDaze. It's a relaxing retreat...your own fantasy island. The house was true to the online pics. BEACHis a your backyard! Already booked another stay..owners were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Will recommend to friends and family.

I don't remember ever having such a wonderul and relaxing time. Everything was exactly as the owners had told us and more. Was nice to see it was so clean and kept up. Beautiful kitchen with appliances that want to make you cook. Just being able to take a few steps and be right at the water was something we have never had. Took lots of pictures to show friends at home the unbelievable view from the upstairs bedroom. It was a dream come true and we are looking forward to our next trip there. I would never ever think of staying anyplace else now that I see I can have it all right there. The house has everything you could want or need. What a beautiful find! Thanks for letting us share a little bit of your heaven.

We were are a family of 8 adults and 5 little girls. The house was perfect for us. So much room for everyone and very comfortable. Lots of bathrooms, plenty of seating, some shade, beautiful views and a good kitchen. And surprisingly many toys and games as well as beach toys , which were well used. Beach towels provided were a plus. We liked the convenience of a downstairs bedroom for nappers. A very good setup for a large family and we had a great time.
