Living room w/ balcony - Panama City Beach Vacation Condominiums The New Boardwalk Beach Resort is a wonderful vacation destination! We are located right on the beautiful sugar sand beaches of Panama City Beach, Florida. Our condo has never been in a rental program and is now available to rent in 2008. Our Condo is beautifully decorated with all new furnishings to compliment the exclusive new units with nine-foot ceilings, crown molding, tile in foyer, living, dining, kitchen and bath areas, granite counter tops, and cultured marble tubs and showers. This exquisite 2nd Floor unit with floor to ceiling windows has ocean views from the kitchen, dining area, living room and master suite. From our balcony, you'll be enchanted by the sugar white beaches and the emerald waters of the majestic Gulf of Mexico. This 2nd floor unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths as well as a queen sofa sleeper, comfortably sleeping 6 TOTAL including children. The condo is spacious enough for a single family ONLY! The max. number of people should not exceed 6 including children. Our spacious master suite has a king size bed, a TV and DVD player, large garden tub, walk-in closet and door that leads to the balcony as well. In our guest bedroom, you’ll enjoy a bunk bed (twin on top & full on bottom) a TV and DVD player. Prepare a feast or a quick snack in the fully-equipped, gourmet kitchen complete with the latest appliances. Swim in the resort’s 2500 square foot heated pool with 0 grade entry (great for toddlers) and the children's interactive pool is great for the smaller ones as well. Relax in the hot tubs just steps away from the beach! Enjoy a drink or a full meal at the Tiki Bar which also has live entertainment Thursday through Saturday nights. The Boardwalk also offers you optional daily or weekly access to its state of the art fitness center. Activities for the kids are available as well in the summer months and Wednesday night is movie night right on the beach!! The kids just love it! Pizza & icecream is also available at the new Corner Market located on the 1st Floor. The resort property, though convenient to many attractions, is comfortably removed from the hustle and bustle of the city in the popular Thomas Drive area. Walk the beach to nearby Spinnaker or Pineapple Willie's and a 10 minute drive to the new Pier Park which has a new Jimmy Buffets's "Margaritaville" and many more great restaurants and wonderful shopping. A short drive or walk to bumper boats, go carts, miniature golf and more. Championship golf course is across the street from the resort as well.
