Why the Owner Chose Ponte Vedra Beach
The Ponte Vedra house was purchased as an investment, but it's become my family's refuge. Throughout the years, we've hosted family reunions and simply traveled there for a long weekend just to get away. I've never been one for packed beaches and a hustled vacation. We go there to get away and spend time with each other.
It's been such a pleasure to have this in our family, and we encourage other families to enjoy it as much as we do.
The Unique Benefits at this House
The obvious attractions are the beach and pool. We're one of the few oceanside houses in Ponte Vedra to have a large pool. While these are great, my favorite thing to do is read a book in the indoor courtyard.
