This cottage provides guests with both lake frontage (50 feet frontage) and a back lot with channel frontage (36 feet). Located on a private drive with limited vehicle traffic, which is ideal for families with children, or for those who prefer a more peaceful stay at the lake.
The cottage is single story with no stairs to climb for access to the lake. It has four bedrooms and sleeps 8 people comfortably (in beds). The cottage furnishings are clean and in good working condition.
The property has a large swimming & wading area with a sandy lake bottom. The lakefront shore has a concrete seawall and pier at ground level. Wading depths range from 16 inches at the seawall to 36 inches at the end of the 100 foot pier.
Enjoy the cool lake breezes and warm summer sun while relaxing on the lakefront pier, which is over 100 feet long with a 22 feet by 12 feet sitting area at the end of the pier.
With its original kitchen cabinets, countertop, screen doors, and screened porch, Pier 121 has the charm of a vintage lake cottage, but with many modern amenities.
The cottage is fully furnished, however guests provide their own bed sheets and pillow cases.

Why the Owner Chose Syracuse
We wanted a weekend get-away for fun and relaxation for our family. Ideally, with good fishing, sailing, boating, and water sports. With over 3000 acres, Lake Wawasee offers it all.
There is plenty of room to sail, jet ski, or water ski. And on the weekdays, it seems you have the entire lake to yourself.
The water is very clean and clear. Lake Wawasee is located at a high elevation with limited run off into the lake.
We liked having picnics and hanging out at the sand bar. Boat-in-worship on Sunday mornings is a delight.
Also, the lake offers the convenience of 3 marinas and 2 restaurants, which are accessible from the lake.
The Unique Benefits at this Lakefront Cottage
Quiet private drive. No stairs to climb for access to the lake. The screened porch with rocking chairs is always cool and comfortable. Nice swim area with sandy/gravel lake bottom.
Enjoy a picnic in your boat; swim at you leisure. The water is only 3 ft deep at the sandbar.
