Photo 1 - Soldotna, Alaska Vacation House Rentals This is a beautiful log home on 10 acres that I built 5 years ago and gives you a taste of the great Alaskan wilderness but is not far from the City of Soldotna or the Kenai River, home of the world record 98 pound King Salmon. This cabin has all the deluxe amenities you would expect from a 5-star hotel, comfortable pillow-top mattress beds, electric blankets, 5 foot shower enclosure with benches on each side, 50 inch big screen TV with Dish Network, DVD player and library. Leather Sofa and Love Seats that fully recline, numerous cabin decorations dating back to the 1940's, Granite counter tops, and propane fireplace. This home is located about 1 1/2 miles from the Kenai River and Funny River Golf Course where the green fees are still reasonable. This is the perfect getaway for 2 couples or a family of 4-5.

$1000/week or ($150/night 3 night minimum) email for additional information)
Check in time is 3PM and check out time is 12PM
$500 due at booking with balance due 14 days prior to arrival.
$100 damage deposit due prior to arrival and will be refunded upon inspection.
Rental is based on renter returning home to pre-rental condition (wash linen,
clean, vacuum, etc.). Just leave it as nice as you found it policy...
Cleaning can be provided for an additional $100.
Inspection will completed within 3 business days.
