Spacious single story, 2 bathrooms & 2 master suites. 1350 square foot condo in exclusive Ironwood Country Club. 24-hour gated security entrance. This end unit is well-located on a corner with an expansive lawn out the front door. View morning sunrises from the covered and furnished patio which is surrounded by palm tress and beautiful mountain views. Condo is close to pool and spa and is surrounded by flowers and lush manicured landscaping. The interior is renovated with elegant, yet comfortable contemporary furnishings. The condo is facing southeast and very bright. The large open air living room, with vaulted ceilings has 8 ft. sliders off the patio. One master suite has sliders off the patio and a walk-in closet. Plantation shutters throughout. The dining room has vaulted ceiling and a mirrored wall along with sliding doors. The fully equipped kitchen has a walk-in panry and washer/dryer. Both baths have slab granite countertops and marble flooring with custom cherry cabinetry. TV's in each bedroom, DVD players, two A/C systems, new designer lighting throughout, new carpeting. Spotless. Gas barbecue and patio seating overlooks lovely pool. One car carport.

We had a short yet very enjoyable stay at this clean,well equipped condo. The owner was a pleasure to deal with and made himself available if we had any questions or problem-which we did not. We stayed at Michael's condo for 5 days in Sept. He provided very good directions to the condo and clear entry instructions to the complex. The condo was as pictured on line. It was very clean, comfortable and nicely furnished. It is very well equipped in terms of kitchen items and even had pool floaters and many games in the entertainment center. We enjoyed the patio and BBQ and often ate there. The owner was helpful and responded quickly to inquires prior to our visit. I would certainly recommend this property to a friend.Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway.
