You will find a basic, clean, comfortable unit with fresh paint, marble tiled floors in living and dining area, beach decor,an open air balcony ideal for outside dining or just sitting and enjoying the view and sounds of the crystal clear surf. Walk down stairs and you are on the beach. Walk across the street to fish or crab on a private pier on the Lagoon behind us. Come be our guest.

My wife and I celebrated our one year anniversary here, and it was exactly what we needed. It is a small space, but we didn't need much. We found most everything we needed in the kitchen. Grilling utensils would have been nice to have. It is right on the beach, just a short walk down some stairs and across a parking lot to the sand. And the price can't be beat in that area! Would definitely come back.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+.

i really enjoyed my stay at gulf shores village 202 it was very clean and well maintained you have everything you need here would suggest new patio chairs but besides that everything was amazing will definantly stay again thanksRecommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

This place was a real find - cute and clean and just right for our family! I cannot stress how well maintained this property was- we were so impressed! The girls loved the pool and the futon was great for them. We were right on the beach, the pool was small but enough for the kids and everything is right near the place. Cannot wait to go back- thanks for a great stay!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

I took my girls here for a birthday beach trip, and we had a fantastic time. Everyone loved the pools, we were right on the beach, and the deck area was large and offered a nice view. The unit is small, but comfortable, and perfect for a weekend getaway. One little heads-up; the oven is a little small, but with a full kitchen and lots of great restaraunts in the area you will hardly notice. We will definitely be back!Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.
