$125/night (3 night minimum) .. $650/week (Sat-Sat) ................................$800/week + $250 Sec.Deposit *Add $100/week for weekly rentals during holiday weeks. 11% Sales Tax must be added for all stays up to 30 days; 6% Tax for 30-90 days. $100 cleaning fee is charged for each stay. . 50% deposit at time of scheduling. One half of deposit is refundable up to 30 days prior to check in, when deposit becomes non-refundable. 3% convenience fee for credit charges which can be avoided by paying via check.

We were looking for a place we could take our dog at a reasonable price and be comfortable. Let me tell you this house met our needs perfectly!!!! The owner has everything you need to make your visit perfect. We took our bikes, but did not need to. They also have beach chairs for you to use. I really cannot say enough about the hospitality of this home. We hope to rent this home again in the near future.

We spent the winter of 2010/2011 at 112 Highland Ave. and our expectations were exceeded in all categories. The home is beautifully decorated and furnished and is equipped with two large flat-screen TVs. We both love to cook so the kitchen accessories were a real treat. Highland Avenue is a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood and we felt very welcome there. We plan to come back to 112 Highland for the 2011/2012 winter.

We stay here every year and love it! The location is great, and the fact that it is a ranch style house makes it easy for my older parents to enjoy themselves as well. House works great for dogs as yard is fenced and shady. There are several accommodations for sleeping, and a den on the back end of the house so "late sleepers" are not woken up! This house has EVERYTHING from beach towels to a waffle maker!

I Stayed here with my wife and parents May 6th-11th. This place is better than described. Backyard is fenced in and we used two of the bikes they furnish and was able to ride them throughout the island. The house is one of the nicest I have rented from VRBO. We loved it so well we plan to rent again in September. Thanks for a great clean rental and a great experiance we all loved it including our Bostons.

We stayed here for a week in early April with our dog who loved the fenced in backyard. The house fit our needs quite well with the updated conveniences. The location is in the middle of the south end of the island which makes it very close to lots of good restaurants in Redfern Village and the Retreat Place shopping center.
