Bike to the beach or village; this property is located between the Farmer's Market and the Coast Guard Station, where the island's best beach is located. Bikes are included in the rental. Fully equipped kitchen offers Kitchen Aide mixer, 4-slice toaster, professional waffle maker, and better yet, easy access to local restaurants! Wireless internet is provided (with a stationary computer), as are unlimited long distance calls. You can't stay in a hotel for this price!

*Add $100/week for weekly rentals during holiday weeks.
12% Sales Tax must be added for all stays up to 10 days; 7% Tax for 11-90 days
$100 cleaning fee is charged for each stay.
50% deposit at time of scheduling. Deposit is fully refundable up to 30 days
before check in, when deposit becomes non-refundable.
3% convenience fee for credit charges which can be avoided by paying via check.
