Condo is located in Palm Beach Shores, one of the few remaining, quaint beach towns in Florida and directly on the ocean. Walk to restaurants and shops. Home of the famous Sailfish Marina with fresh seafood, Sunday brunch, and great bar next to Intracoastal where million-dollar yachts dock in crystal clear water. Every Thursday night, it hosts the Sunset Celebration -music, arts and crafts show. Water taxi is located here for transportation to Cityplace, Clematis or narrated sightseeing cruises. Same town where the Marriott Oceanpointe Resort is. Town has its own police and fire departments. This is paradise.
Magnificent, wide sandy beaches with lovely dunes. Beach is uncrowded and clean. There is a paid lifeguard on duty, outdoor private restrooms, showering and changing facilities, a tiki cabana with seating that faces the ocean, picnic table area with shade and tropical landscaping, playground area directly on the beach for children. Full restaurant available at hotel, which borders condo. Palm Beach Inlet park area with landscaped walking path that has night lighting, park benches, picnic tables and drinking fountain. Watch ships and yachts parade out to sea.
