Old Florida Village is such a great community for your Florida vacation along the Emerald Coast. It is quiet and truly delightful. There are two community pools each with restrooms. The beach is only 3/10 of a mile away, and you and your family will enjoy the ice cream truck that arrives daily throughout the summer.
There is so much charm to this home and community that you will continue to return year after year. You are close to Gulf Place (to the west) which offers restaurants, shopping, a pharmacy, free outdoor concerts 2 nights a week, and other events throughout the season. Seaside is just a few miles east. There is an 18 mile walking and bike path along 30A, state parks nearby, and bike/kayak rentals available in the area. You can also drive 20 min to Destin for movies and shopping at the famous Sandestin Outlet Mall.
Two families would be very comfortable in this beach house. There is one bedroom on the first floor with a queen bed and private bathroom. The master bedroom having a king bed, is upstairs along with the two guest bedrooms, both with queen beds, and a bathroom. All furnishings are brand new! The sofa sleeper accommodates 2 people in the living area.
You will find a fully equipped kitchen for all of your needs and plenty of seating for everyone. There is a dishwasher and washer/dryer for your convenience.
Small dogs are allowed. We love our beach cottage and hope that you enjoy it as much as we do! |
