Our Condo is professionally decorated and features original artwork. It offers two bedrooms, the master has a king-size bed, TV, opens to the oceanfront balcony, and double vanities in the master bath. The guestroom has two double beds, a separate bathroom, tv and both rooms offer plenty of closet and storage space. There is also a queen-size sleeper sofa in the newly expanded living room.
On-site management assures that your stay is safe and comfortable and will graciously handle your requests. Our lovely pool area is solar heated. A barbeque area with grills is also provided. There is ample parking and convenience store is adjacent to the parking lot. Our unit is center BEACHFRONT and near the elevator.
Recreational activities are minutes away and include: golf, boating, snorkeling, fishing, shelling, museums, all water sports, dancing, music, theatre, gulfarium, bicycle trails, arts and crafts, anything under the MAGICAL SUN.
SHOPPING is a world class experience: designer retailers abound for clothing, sporting goods, interior design, both discount and high end. Heads up GIRLFRIENDS, truly MAGICAL!

We stayed for 5 nights and everything about the stay was great. The second floor condo is easily accessible to both the pool and the beach, yet it is in a quiet location allowing sleeping as late as you want! Unloading and loading the car was easy. There is plenty of parking and this condo is close to the elevator, but not so close that you hear any noise from it. It is immaculately clean, well decorated, and is equipped with ALL the comforts of home. Plus you'll enjoy the large balcony with table and chairs, lounge chair, pluss additional seating and tables. You'll enjoy eating there while hearing that wonderful Gulf of Mexico rolling in. It is also convenient to restaurants and shopping areas. Even the weather cooperated wonderfully well. By the way, the beach is clean --- without any signs of tar balls or any other remnants of last year's oil spill --- and was perfect for walking, swimming, and just enjoying. I heartily recommend this condo.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

I have had the pleasure of staying in this condo unit twice and absolutely fell in love with the property. It sleeps several people comfortably, has the convenience of 2 full baths, and the most appealing asset to me is the huge porch looking out on the gulf. Nothing but POSITIVE accolades! Having stayed in the Destin/Ft. Walton area for the last 15 years, this is one of the best properties.
