This unit is in perfect condition. It is #248 in building #5. An upstairs unit of a two story building with ocean views to the west and mountain views to the east. Located at the back of the complex, away from the road noise, overlooking the pool and barbeque. Still only a two minute walk to the beach. We completely remodeled this condo and it is very comfortable. Everything in the unit is brand new and the Hale Kamaole complex is extremely well maintained. It is a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom and is fully equipped with all necessities. Both bedrooms have king size sleep number beds with pillow tops, Egyptian cotton linens, ceiling fans and solid wood hangers in the closets. We have great cookware and knives, all new appliances and one of the easiest kitchens to cook in and to clean. We have custom bamboo cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms and the staircase is bamboo too. Custom carpeting, marble and all surfaces are solid granite. There is a refrigerator on the Lanai for beverages, a teak table for four with tall chairs so that you may dine there or just take in the beautiful ocean view. There is a custom made teak bench at the front door for the easy removal of shoes as well as a lock box on the door so that you never have to carry the condo keys with you. There is an area set up for the use of a laptop with all cables needed and easily accessible. For immediate viewing of your vacation photographs we provide a HP photo printer for images up to 8x10. We offer beach towels, beach bags, chairs, coolers and boogie boards for your use. There is free long distance phone service and computer service to the mainland and to Canada. We have a 42" high definition flat screen TV, DVD player and stereo. We also have a book library.

I really enjoyed staying at this unit. It had a nice veiw of the sunset. Everything is new and fresh. Pools are cleaned everey morning very nice. Would love to stay here again. Thanks again.

Oh my goodness, what a beautiful condo. Brand new everything with the most comfortable beds on earth.The location was perfect right across from the beach, close to everything, Yet the condo is so quiet,beautiful swimming pool and fun BBQ right outside the lanai, which is perfect for whale watching and the most incredible sunsets. Amy and Norm made the whole transaction easy and truly have thought of everything to make your stay in maui unforgettable.

Beautiful condo in Hale Kamaole right across from the Kamaole 3 beach. This unit has been completely redone with top quality finishing's and is immaculate. As one of the back units in Hale Kamaole it doesn't have any road noise and offers a great ocean and sunset views from the lanai. The sleep number beds provided for an amazing sleep after day at the beach! I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone looking for a place to stay on Maui.

We had a wonderful and restful stay at your place. The beds were the best and now I want a new bed. The most enjoyable part of the stay was sitting on the lanai and watching the whales. We can't wait to come back.

This was a beautiful adult condo great for a second honeymoon or first! Great location and convenient. The furnishings were new, beautiful and well done. I would highly recommend to anyone who wants a first class place to stay! All the amenities of home plus!
