The main house includes a full size American pool table, large covered dining deck, private bedroom deck, secluded plunge pool ( exclusive to villa renters ) and sunbathing deck.
Wireless internet installed in Villa and Studio.

There is a pretty semi detached studio apartment with separate entrance complete with King size bed ,bathroom, kitchenette and own dining, sun deck which can sleep 2 persons .( Plunge pool area not available to studio renters -( available if Villa unoccupied )
Northlight is adjacent to the prestigious Sandy Lane Golf Course and just one mile from beautiful Paynes Bay and Sandy Lane beaches. Good shopping, restaurants and entertainment are within a three mile radius.
Security -the Villa is very safe , there are security grilles on bedroom and kitchen windows , and a manned remote security system .

Northlight Villa provided an ideal setting for my husband and I to vacation with our 2 adult children and their partners. Norma and Aubrey are exceptional hosts. They are a wealth of information and so willing to be of assistance. They made us feel very welcome. The villa has so many amenities including a well equipped kitchen, WIIF, billiards table and plunge pool. No detail is spared making it feel very comfortable and relaxing. The lighting, artwork, linens and decor are all of good quality and very tasteful. The Villa is spacious and the design is conducive to family gatherings as well as quiet time and romantic moments. The indoor areas blend seamlessly with the natural oudoor beauty that is part of and surrounds Northlight. We all agreed that we felt like we were living in an upscale treehouse! We enjoyed shopping at local fish markets and vegetable stands and then cooking for ourselves on the large propane barbeque. After all, where else can you dine outdoors while watching the sun set and the cruise ships go by and then ajorn a few feet over to an outdoor living room complete with hammock and surrounded by candlelight? Our family is seperated by many miles and we felt fortunate to be able to come together and experience the enchanting ambience at Northlight. It is the perfect spot to share special moments and make precious memories. We stayed in this wonderful villa in August 2010. We were two familes, 4 adults and three children aged 5,6 and 7 who loved the set up. We loved being in amongst nature (once we slapped on the repellents), the deck area meant we could hear and see tree frogs, glow worms and bats! There was planty of space for us all and the different open plan zones to chill out and play meant for a very comfortable and relaxing stay. The open tropical shower was one of my favourite places. Norma gave great tips about where to go to explore more local life and we ate in some great places, try Dazzlers! The supermarkets, banks and shops were not far. We thoroughly explored the island in our van as it was such a central location. We would love to come back and keep it to ourselves but it's too good not to put a review in.... just sorry I didn't do it sooner. a great villa in a wonderful setting with every thing you might need provided for you- and more. very friendly and helpful owners, nothing is too much trouble for them. ideal position for exploring the whole island, car essential. we had a memorable two weeks.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, pet owners.

This villa is to die for! The view, the privacy, the layout, the spacious well appointed multiple lounge areas, the full billard table, plunge pool, multiple decks, gardens....the pictures just don't do it justice. and best of all, - the hosts Norma and Aubrey. They treated us like family. We will be back - you just can't beat the value for your dollar!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We stayed at Northlight Villa from March 10th to the 18th. The Villa is the perfect place to get away from it all. It is quiet and set away from the main tourist area but close enough to get everywhere you need to go within a couple minutes drive. My children enjoyed every minute of our vacation and really hated to leave. We hope to go back again someday soon. Norma and Aubrey are the perfect hosts and will go out of their way to make your stay comfortable and memorable. Thank-you for a Wonderful Vacation!
