Our luxury home is a very unique location; on the precipe of 600ft ravine, with views of the famous surf break, Hookipa, the volcanic crater, Haleakala, Iao valley and more. From most of the house there are 250 degree views. It has an Asian modern aesthetic, two koi ponds, tatami mats, hardwood and decorative concrete floors, gourmet kitchen, huge HD entertainment center and more.
There is complete privacy (the house cannot be seen or heard by neighbors) and yet a very accessible location. It has the beauty of being on the jungle/rain forest side of the island but is reached by wide well-kept roads (as opposed to some of the windy, narrow roads of the area).
This property was lovingly designed and built and has an extraordinary beauty to it. The colors, artifacts and aesthetic are exceptionally tasteful.
The location is the best of all because the most beautiful beach, the city center with shopping, Haiku town, Makawao town, Paia town (all with restaurants) are within 10 minutes.
