This Non-Smoking cottage is completely furnished including all linens and towels, as well as a kitchen completely equipped with a stove, coffee maker, microwave, pots and pans, dishes, etc. There is a double bed and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. Outside the cottage is a brick patio area with a large sitting area that is very secluded. You are only steps away from the sugar white sand of Siesta Beach. The cottage is conveniently located just two blocks from Siesta Village where you will find shopping and a variety of restaurants.

$300 Refundable security deposit required.  $75 cleaning fee.
