This beautiful villa offers two levels of upscale living. The first level includes a spacious living room with adjacent dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with a barstool counter. A hallway leads to two bedrooms(each with it's own porch),a full bath w/tub and a separate room with washer/dryer and laundry tub. This level also includes a covered porch with table and chairs for dining and entertaining. The second level includes a master suite with an oversized walk-in closet and large tiled bath with a walk-in shower and separate tub. Enjoy breakfast or star gaze on the private lanai. The fourth bedroom includes twin beds and all bedrooms have a T.V. The backyard fronts on a deep water canal with 37' of dockage. The dock includes a fish cleaning station.
The home is located on the "preferred" side of the canal. The southeast exposure is the location of choice in KCB for protection from the afternoon sun.

The owners and realitors description and pictures of the property were extremely good and right on the mark. The house was exceptionaly clean and the gounds were in perfect shape. Any questions we needed answered were answered quickly. The property is within walking distance to restaurants, attractions and many other activities such as sport fishing, relaxing on the beach and a golf course. We would highly recommend this property to or friends and relatives. We had a great stay.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, sightseeing.
