This home is located in the prestigious guard gated PGA National Resort and Spa with 24-hour security. Our home is located in the beautiful Barclay Club subdivision. The Barclay Club community pool is located three houses down from our home. The PGA National is the home of the February Honda Classic. Your family has the opportunity to assume our full golf and country club membership at the cost of $850. PGA has FIVE championship courses to choose from. No greens fees to pay (just $20 cart fee). Tennis, health club, and croquet are also included, plus access to members only dining room, bar, and locker room.

This nicely appointed home has a lovely living room with fireplace and a light and airy formal dining room. Living room features a Sony 50" LCD TV for your pleasure. The home offers a desk top computer with high speed internet with WI-FI. The master suite is spacious offering vaulted ceilings, king-sized pillow top mattress, sitting area for reading, as well as a 32" TV. The master bath has double sinks, stalled shower plus private commode along with a large walk in closet. The second en-suite bedroom offers a private bath with shower, queen size bed, 20" TV, two closets, and sliding doors leading out to small private cozy patio of its own.
Third bedroom features a full size bed, fully functional desk with computer/high speed internet/WI-FI and printer. The spacious vaulted ceiling kitchen is well equipped and has a lovely eat-in area that has sliding glass doors going out to another private patio.
