This brand new, immaculate, 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath colonial, nestled in the beautiful "Towamensing Trails" Community of the Pocono Mountains is right where you want to be when you are thinking of that fabulous getaway.
We have the perfect home in the best area with everything you can wish for and relax with. Our home is Luxurious with a Stone Wood burning Fireplace,WIRELESS INTERNET, Flat screen TV with Surround Sound,Game Cube & Games, DVD library, Music Library, Library of Books, CENTRAL AIR, a Large kitchen/dining area, a Grill on the deck furnished with a lovely Patio Set right off of the kitchen. Our house even has the best tasting PURIFIED WATER. There is also comfortable Leather furniture in the living area, large bedrooms and really so much more.
Go down to the basement and you will find a game room filled with a dart board, pool table/air hockey table,ping pong table,a table for playing cards, skeeball and kids basketball shoot out table all to add to your fun while staying in our luxurious home. Boredom will not enter your mind here!
There is plenty of space to gather friends & family with that feeling of knowing where you belong. You really can leave it all at home,this house seriously has it all!
The amenities here are fabulous and can not be beat. We are minutes away from HICKORY RUN STATE PARK where swimming,fishing and relaxing are tops! Then, there is our own Towamensing Trails pool where you can swim or just take in the sun. When you get hungry, take a walk into our clubhouse, where you can dine in or eat out on the deck and rejuvenate. If you like, send the kids down to the game room and relax at the bar and enjoy some conversation.
If you feel like a basketball or tennis game our courts will make it possible to get the workout you might need.
In the Winter we are only 10 minutes from BIG BOULDER and 15 from JACK FROST.Skiing,tubing at it's best and so close.All year round there is great shopping at the CROSSINGS PREMIUM OUTLETS 20 minutes from our home! Or play the slots at MOUNT AIRY CASINO also minutes away. Race fans have the famous POCONO RACEWAY 10 minutes away, and now the newest in the Pocono's SPLIT ROCK INDOOR WATER PARK! Looking for some history visit JIM THORPE and take a train ride around the Gorge or see inside the ASA PACKAR MANSION. Also we have so many farms for Fall and Spring to pick your own fresh fruit,totally awesome.
A special secret of the Pocono's only 20 minutes from the house we have one of the last Drive in movie theatres where there is always a double feature!At MAHONING VALLEY DRIVE IN you can watch the kids toss a frisbee or throw a ball while sitting in your car or outside on your blankets or lawn chairs awaiting your movie to start.
