My family (2 adults and 4 children) visited Cancun in June. We had an excellent time at the resort and stayed in one of the 2 room family suites which was perfect, even w a large family. The resort is first class and literally ALL-inclusive. It was a pleasure working with Roger. He's been doing this for more than 8 years and is very familiar on working with their reservations folks and all the different options that are available during the visit. He also has a number of added perks that make renting thru him even better. He has a Founder's Premier membership. It's kind of a 'club within the club': - private bar and premium seating on the beach - airport shuttle to resort and back that had to save us over $100 - free green's fees for golf - can be literally thousands in savings for a week - mani/pedis for your entire party - two extra back massages - separate check in area PLUS we still got the resort dollars ($1,500 for 7 nt stay) so all of us swam w the dolphins, all spent the day at the water park, dad got a semi-private golf lesson (most helpful), and we came back w three bottles of teguila. ] Overall, this is fun and a great value for the dollar and even better working with Roger and his perks.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.
