Destiny West Beauty! Destination Destiny is in the gated beachside community across from the family fun at The Crab Trap Restaurant Complex. House is approximately 300 yards to the white sand beaches of Destin. Five Bedrooms, four and a half baths, separated living space for dual families, in-laws, teenagers! This house has beautiful furniture, wonderful bedding, and master offers Temperpedic for your sleeping comfort. This house can sleep ten in beds and twelve if you use one of our pull out sofas! These rates are FABULOUS - this is a bargain!!

Furniture is fun, light, bright, beach motif without gagging you with goofy! Well done by a professional decorator right down to the best details like a Wii system, a wagon to transport your beach goodies in,charcoal grill, TV's in every bedroom, the best of linens, and a crib for your new addition. This house has been furnished with the family in mind. Plenty of indoor space and plenty of outdoor space too!

The main house has a large master with a king-size bed, crib, private balcony, private master bath with jacuzzi tub, separate shower and toilet in its own private room. Kids bedroom in main house has Wii system, bunk beds and comfy seating. Third bedroom in the main house has a queen bed. Two bedrooms in main house share a hall bath with bathtub/shower combination. Guest quarters has a master bedroom with a king bed, full-size sofa bed for a sleep in child, hall bath, and second bedroom in guest house has two twin beds. First floor of main house has a full bath for guests who might be using the queen sleeper in the living room and guest house has a half bath on first floor. All bedrooms are on the second floor of main and guest house. Dining room table seats eight and bar seats two. Guest house has dining seating for two. There is also outdoor dining furniture just off the kitchen on our beautiful deck.

Walk to the beach at the Crab Trap Restaurant Beach complex is two blocks, walk to the awesome community pool is one block. Community amenities offer large pool, hot tub, fitness room, tennis courts or basketball courts. A great location without having to pay beach front prices.

A few rules we want to be sure you are aware of:
*Prices quoted are cash prices - sorry - we can not accept credit cards. Cash or check only.
*Saturday to Saturday bookings during peak summer and spring break
*No students without parents or student group rentals under age 25
*No smoking in this house
*Pet may be approved with an added $200 pet fee - owner discretion
*Cleaning fee of $175 attached to all rentals
*Bed and Sales Tax 11%
*Maximum of four vehicles
*Maximum of 12 guests
*Neighborhood Covenants must be abided by all tenants and tenants guests - will be provided to all guests in rental package
