Beautiful beach house in the heart of Seagrove Beach. 5 bedrooms/4 full baths, with 2 master suites. Approximately 100 yards to the nearest beach access. Excellent beach view from the 2nd and 3rd floor wrap around porches. Restaurants, beach, shops, bike paths, and state parks are all within walking distance. Private pool and shower area, large backyard for family gatherings. Parking for 3 vehicles.
The house is set up perfectly for multi-family vacations. The first floor has a bedroom with a queen size bed, a full bathroom, and a full size sofa sleeper. The spacious kitchen, living room, and dining area are all on the first floor. The second floor has a king size master suite with an attached full bathroom, a bedroom with a full size bed, a bedroom with two sets of bunk beds (sleeps 4), and a full bathroom. The third floor features another king size master suite, with an attached full bathroom.
'Pharma-Sea' in Seagrove Beach is conveniently located between Panama City Beach and Sandestin on scenic Highway 30-A. The area is ideal for family vacations, weddings, or other special occasions. You can relax on the beach, visit world famous Seaside, shop at the Silver Sands Outlet Mall, or play at any of our challenging golf courses. Close to walking paths, nature preserves, and cycling.

My family and I have enjoyed staying at PharmaSea three or four times. An excellent choice, so close to the beach and 2 designated beach walkovers, quiet street, very short (1-2 minute) walking distance to restaurants and convenience stores, within 10-15 minute leisurely bike ride of Seaside and all it has to offer; you can actually follow the bike path all along 30-A from this cottage. It's a real charmer and ideally suited for holiday goers. A lot of thought was put into the design and furnishings with vacationers in mind. A caretaker lives nearby, too, in case you need to contact someone about the cottage. The cottage has nice granite countertops and wonderful travertine marble floors. You get such a non-touristy feel for the area in this neighborhood even though you are only one street away and a one minute walk away from 30-A, right in the heart of Seagrove Beach. Lovely cottage. I don't think you will regret choosing this cottage--ever!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
