Nicely appointed mountain designed townhome built in 2000. Gold rated unit in highly desirable quiet end of the complex. Sunny south facing windows overlooking section of pine/spruce forest service land and mountain views.
Main level has spacious living area with gas fireplace and a large dining room with 8 upholstered chairs, 3 upholstered barstools around serving bar, gourmet style kitchen well stocked for cooking in. Large sunny deck off the dining room and half bath off the living room.
Upstairs includes Master Bedroom with queen bed, Master Bath with Jacuzzi and heat lamps. A second bedroom hosts another queen bed and third bedroom has two twin beds. A second full bathroom and washer/dryer are also upstairs. Townhome has 3 TVs, DVD, CD/Stereo. Living room has queen size sofa/sleeper. Maximum occupancy is 8.
Walk across the street for the free shuttle to base Gondola, Downtown Breckenridge and all ski areas in Summit County. Close to shopping and two minutes to Downtown Breckenridge. On the north edge of town near the base gondola with on-site surface parking. Parking passes provided.
