Casa Belsiana is an elegant, bright and welcoming apartment located on the 4th floor of a small period building in the heart of the historic center of Rome, a few steps from Piazza di Spagna and the most famous shopping streets of the capital.
Renovated inside with high quality elements ranging from antique parquet throughout the house to the marble bathroom, the apartment has a large double bedroom, a comfortable bathroom with large shower, a fully equipped kitchenette and a double sofa bed.
The room is furnished with fine wood furniture, has a comfortable double bed with designer linens, air conditioning, LCD-TV and mosquito nets on the windows.
The classic style bathroom has a marble floor, a large shower box and a signed courtesy line.
In the living room there is a kitchenette equipped with appliances and high-level utensils to meet every need, a comfortable dining table for 4 people, two large windows overlooking Via Belsiana, a double sofa bed and an LCD-TV.

Fantastic apartment!

We stayed here 11 nights and we loved everything about this place. Hard to beat the location. Lots of restaurants all around. In fact, the one right across the street was very good (Osteria Del Tempo Perso) and super convenient when you've had a long day and just want to stay in the area. Plus all the nice shops are around the corner on Via Condotti. Highly recommend this apartment. All high end furnishings, linens and appliances. And very clean. Just know that you need to climb 72 steps (which was perfectly fine with us...especially after having so much amazing food and pasta every day :)

Beautiful apartment in great location

The apartment was beautifully updated and maintained. It was in a perfect location. Minutes walk to the Spanish steps with restaurants and shops just outside the front door. Our arrival was delayed and Deborah was great and flexible with our check in.

Great Location in Rome city center!

My daughter and I stayed for 5 nights at the end of July. Great apartment and perfect location! Owner very responsive, the maid met us on arrival and helped take luggage up and showed us where everything was which was nice. Super clean, plenty of space for the 2 of us, bed was super comfortable, very nice amenities, and great to have the washer/dryer and ability to cook (grocery store Carrefour was literally around the corner a minute away). We were so happy to have air conditioning during the heat wave! All the main attractions and shopping are within 30 minutes walking distance, for reference the Spanish steps 10 minute walk and Trevi fountain about 20 minute walk. A few things to note…you have to walk up 70 stairs to the apartment, was fine for us since we had to burn off our gelato every day :-) Hard to get Uber and/or taxi right in front of apartment, think because they are lazy and don’t want to have to drive through the narrow streets. Uber and the other taxi app kept canceling on us. You have to walk a couple blocks to the main areas, then you can find a taxi. Since we had an early morning flight, I used ‘Welcome Pickups’ to arrange a ride in advance from right in front of apartment to the airport at 5am, was a bit more than taxi but then you knew you would get to the airport on time. I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Rome!

Great location near Spanish Steps

The apartment is as described. Very comfortable for 2 adults. It is clean and bright. Fantastic air conditioning. The bedroom is in the back so there is no street noise. Clean bathroom with paper and necessary toiletries provided. We were doing a lot of touring so we only used the kitchen supplies for breakfast. The kitchen supplies were more than we needed for this visit. It is just off the main streets with excellent access to the Metro, buses and taxis. It is on the fourth floor with no elevator. The steps are very manageable for the average person. If you have mobility issues, it will be difficult. Highly recommend this property. Deborah responded to our inquiries/questions promptly.
