  The rental is beautiful and has all the comforts of home. The owners and caretakers are very nice and responsive. The Legacy community is very pleasing to the eye and very well kept. You have access to everything you could want and is just a short drive from the airport. This will be our destination when in the Phoenix area again.

  The place is clean, well equipped, and comfortable with lots of space throughout. The view of South Mountain is appealing. The kitchen is well equipped but it is essentially a one person kitchen. There is a pantry which is very useful. The bar-b-que needs to be upgraded. The patio is a good size and the putting green is a good place for teenagers to play, in fact we all used it at one time or another. We ate our suppers on this patio at least 20 nights. The weather this year was good for that. The living room is large and the furniture is comfortable and inviting. It is a comfortable room in which to sit and talk or watch television. The bedrooms are large, basically quiet and good for sleeping. Three is an issue with some of the linens for the master bedroom, there could be more, and the linens for the 3rd bedroom could be upgraded. The 3 bathrooms are a good size and nicely organized. I can recommend this property.

  We (2 couples) stayed here in mid January 2013 for 2 weeks. The home is on a golf course in a gated community. It is in a great location, centrally located to all of the Phoenix area. The home is well stocked with everything you need to make yourself at home. It has Wifi and a printer. We recommend this home for anyone visiting the Phoenix area and hope to use it again ourselves. Kevin was great to deal with.

  Our trip to Phoenix was highlighted by the accomodations provided at Kevin's home. Situated with the patio overlooking the 12th hole at the Legacy Golf Resort and a fountain was a plus. The home was very comfortable, well maintained and with excellent internet connection. We had a great time. We did not have one complaint. We would highly recommend this house to anyone considering a stay in the Phoenix area. You will not be disappointed.

  Lovely home in well-kept, quiet, golf community. Beautiful backyard patio overlooks the fountain on the 12th hole of the Legacy Golf Course. Beds are very comfortable and linen closets are well stocked. Kitchen also has plenty of dishes and cooking supplies for meals at home. Owners are very friendly, quick to respond to calls and emails, and all necessary information is carefully spelled out in their welcome package. We would highly recommend this property to others.

  Great location on a great golf course(Legacy GC) Central Location(I-10 only minutes away,Baseline Rd will take you everywhere,airport less than 10 mins,food,fun,golf courses in each direction) Beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood(A lot of "Pride" going on here) The house was amazing(well kept,very nice furniture,beds were comfortable) Back yard patio,putting green,table & chairs were used alot(Private sunbathing spot too) Kitchen fully equipped Nice sized 2 car garage I can go on and on and on My 15th trip to the Valley,this home ranks at the top of my list If you would like more information from myself Contact Ryan & he'll put you in touch with me

  This home was perfect for our group - it was close to the convention center as well as entertainment and dining. The home was clean and roomy, in a great area and sure beats staying in a hotel! We also saved almost $400 per night not staying in a hotel!
