Great location on a great golf course(Legacy GC) Central Location(I-10 only minutes away,Baseline Rd will take you everywhere,airport less than 10 mins,food,fun,golf courses in each direction) Beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood(A lot of "Pride" going on here) The house was amazing(well kept,very nice furniture,beds were comfortable) Back yard patio,putting green,table & chairs were used alot(Private sunbathing spot too) Kitchen fully equipped Nice sized 2 car garage I can go on and on and on My 15th trip to the Valley,this home ranks at the top of my list If you would like more information from myself Contact Ryan & he'll put you in touch with me

Excellent property in a great location. We greatly enjoyed our stay and found the owners a delight to deal with. The property has everything you could need and possibly more! First class property.

This home was perfect for our group - it was close to the convention center as well as entertainment and dining. The home was clean and roomy, in a great area and sure beats staying in a hotel! We also saved almost $400 per night not staying in a hotel!

The property was very comfortable and met all our expectations. In addition the Legacy golf club was in excellent condition and reflected a great value in terms of proximity and the level of play it presented us.Absolutely no complaints. thanks again for the accommodations and the value we obtained. My wife and I, along with another couple, stayed at this home over New Years 2010. Great location, comfortable and beautiful home in a gated community/resort. Close to great restaurants, shopping and golf. The owners were a delight to work with on the rental and the follow-up. We loved it!

We stayed at the home the last 2 weeks in february..its a very nice location and in a very safe and comfortable gated area. We do a golf vacation so being near the course was very nice as we could walk to the tee off.. The outside sitting area is especially nice as it conjures up memories of summer to come.. We will be back and to enjoy the area and Sun.

We would certainly stay here again. The home has a wonderful lay-out and is nicely furnished, the gated community is in a central location, and it was a pleasure to deal with the Barrack family. We would highly recommend this home, especially for golfers as the Legacy course is excellent & the home backs right onto one of the holes.

We stayed there in December. The house was in excellent shape. It was also within walking distance to the golf course, which was fantastic. The location was also convenient to local restaurants, and stores. The owners were great to deal with. I would definitely stay there again!

The rental is beautiful and has all the comforts of home. The owners and caretakers are very nice and responsive. The Legacy community is very pleasing to the eye and very well kept. You have access to everything you could want and is just a short drive from the airport. This will be our destination when in the Phoenix area again.

Lovely home! Everything is new from the décor to the beds. All of us loved the sectional. The fountain on the 12th hole is so relaxing whether we were out resting on the patio enjoying the sun, evening dinners or waking up to it in the morning. This house was perfect for our family vacation. We were the first renters for the owner's new home (2/29-3/7, 08). Home is lovely, beds extremely comfortable and golf course setting is beautiful. The owners are very nice people to deal with, thorough in all aspects. They are friendly and honest. Price was more competitive than most on the rental site. If visiting Phoenix, you will not be disapponted with this rental!
