Grand Champions #145 was better than advertised! It really did feel like home - so comfortable yet beautiful with all the comforts of home. We really enjoyed our first trip to the Wailea area. It is so nice and quiet yet not far from beaches, shopping and dining. We over-paid for a meal in Ma'alea and had wished we had found Mulligan's, Mateo’s and Joe's earlier in the week - great food for a great price at all three. Fitzgerald, Massachusetts

Why the Owner Chose Grand Champions
The environment always relaxing and the views beautiful. Our unit overlooks the 6th hole of the Blue Course with the evening sunsets in the back as we BBQ and relax on the lanai. We were drawn back to the Grand Champions each time we visited because of its calm, well cared for grounds and beautiful landscape. Our friends can’t wait to be invited back again and again!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We enjoy just relaxing, but with the many beaches just across the street and within walking distance or just a short drive, we can spend quiet time on uncrowded sandy beaches and just wonder at the beauty of the ocean. We can be at a snorkeling beach in just minutes or take in the wild beaches of Big Beach and the Ahihi Kina Natural Reserve. With one of the largest and most beautiful aquariums in the United States found on Maui, you can be there in just minutes down the road on the north side of Kihei Town. Golf course resorts in Wailea and the surrounding area are plentiful so choosing one for every day of the week is no problem. Shopping facilities are within a 10 minute drive either at a large chain grocery store or visiting one of the local stores is always a treat when one is looking for local deli foods. Eating in 5 star restaurants or just dining at one of the many wonderful establishments known for their local dishes can be found within a 15 mile area. Just across the street are the Shops at Wailea, where you can visit the ABC store to the most posh of designer shops. Lahina and Ka'anapallii are just 30-45 minutes from our vacation home.

We had visited Maui many times in the past and always came back to the Grand Champions Villa's in Wailea. In 2005 when we decided to purchase in the Grand Champions we looked at many properties but kept coming back to Wailea and its comfortable location and beautiful wind free atmosphere.

The condo was in an excellent location that is close to the beach and shopping. Had all the comforts of home. Would stay again.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
