Have fun at the beach, wake up in the morning and sit on the deck, drink coffee and watch the sun rise over the ocean. Walk across the street and take a stroll on the beach. Walk north on the beach to Surfside Pier and have breakfast on the pier at Nibbles restaurant.
Stroll back to the house and then go take a swim in either the outdoor or indoor pool. Bike lovers can sit on the deck and watch the Harley's cruise on the street. Golfers you are about a mile from the closest golf course and in the middle of over 100 golf courses.
In Oceanside Village there is 24 hr security. There are golf carts for rent on site. It is a great place for kids. There are fishing ponds, ball fields, tennis courts, basket ball, biking, swimming and more. Our house is very nice & clean, it is nicely decorated, fresh and bright. Park your cars and bikes under the house and it is about 150 yards walk to the ocean. We are located between Surfside and Garden City piers; it is about a 1.2 mile walk to each pier.
There are 2 king size beds and 2 sofas the convert to queen beds. The house is very open, large den and dining areas. We ask that you clean the house and wash the sheets and towels and leave the place clean and in good order.
You must be 21 years old or a married couple to rent.
