Why the Owner Chose Clearwater Beach
In the year 2005 my husband and I decided to invest in this beautiful town home on Clearwater Beach as a future retirement option. This home had everything we dreamed of. It was directily on the inter-coastal waterway, and only two blocks away from the white sandy beach. The home was in the perfect location, and we new it would be a home that our kids would want to come back to visit us in, once they're grown and on their own.
Until that much awaited time of retirement, we've decided to share our home with others as a vacation rental property. We wanted to be able to offer our home as an option, to those looking for a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
Our town home is spacious and very nicely appointed with upscale furnishings and stocked with all you would need for a comfortable stay. It has beautiful view of the water, a dock and pool, balconies and a rooftop terrace. There is an elevator, as well as interior stairs that will take you through all the levels of our home, and our home has it's own private 2 car garage, and a laundry room. We also have beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas and toys for our guest to use.
Publix has a wonderful selection of groceries, beer, wine, bakery, and deli.

I spent most of my childhood growing up in Michigan. I met my husband of 20 years in the Detroit area, where we married and had three beautiful children. In the year 2000 we decided to move our family from Michgan to Florida, and although my children miss the snow in Michigan, my husband and I both prefer and love, the sunshine and warm weather here in Florida.
