This wonderful Sea Pines beach cottage is direct oceanfront and offers all the comfort and charm of a southern beach house. The main living area and kitchen are located on the second level to maximize the breathtaking views of the beach and Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy the spacious screened porch, which spans the entire length of the house on the second floor, also overlooking the pool and Atlantic Ocean.
Among the many special features this home offers are two large Savannah brick fireplaces, a huge screened porch overlooking the pool and beach, two spacious living areas with televisions, and a heatable pool*. This beautifully decorated home received extensive renovations in 2007/2008 including new wood floors, new paint, new tile showers, new windows and doors, and much more!
Ground Level
The ground level features a bedroom, private bathroom and large sitting area with a wrap-around couch. The oceanside bedroom has a queen size bed, a television and access to the backyard. The ground level sitting area features a large couch, side chair, computer table, game table with 5 chairs, a brick fireplace and television.
Second Level
The second level feature four bedrooms, the main living area and kitchen. On the right side of the house are two bedrooms which share a bathroom. The oceanside bedroom has a queen size bed, television and access to the screen porch. The street side bedroom has two twin beds, a television and access for the front porch. The middle section of the house is the living room, dining area and kitchen. There is a bar in the kitchen with 4 stools and a table in the dining area with 6 chairs. On the left side of the house are two more bedrooms with a shared bathroom. The oceanside bedroom has a king size bed, small couch, television and access to the screened porch. The street side bedroom has a double bed, no television.
Pool Size
The oceanfront pool is approximately 30 feet by x 24 feet and can be heated during non-summer months for an additional charge*.

We just returned from a fantastic week at this lovely beach home. The home has a wonderful layout with the pool and beach both incredibly convenient. Although this is an "original" beach home, it has been so well maintained by the owners that we have no complaints at all. The beds were the most comfortable we've ever slept in at a vacation home and all of the appliances were newer and in excellent shape. The kitchen was also well stocked with cookware and every small appliance imaginable. This home is a real gem.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

The whole family agreed this was the best beach house EVER! we loved the scenery and the proximity to the beach. our little grandsons were able to go back and forth by themselves from house to beach, and every evening we were back playing on the beach. The property was well maintained, and management was GREAT to deal with. looking forward to next year there!

My family including my wife, one daughter along with her husband and their three children have stayed at this property the past three years. We absolutely love it. This is an original Hilton Head Island house and the interior is decorated with a nautical theme that fits perfectly with the the ocean and beach. It is well appointed and very relaxing. The rooms are spacious, the beds comfortable, and the screened in porch is ideal for enjoying the ocean front view and pool. The location is terrific with the beach just a few yards from the house so that when the kids want to play on the beach it is so convienent. The beach is public but is very sparsley attended by familys. The location in Sea Pines is secure, quiet, and away from the crowded areas of the island, but in a few minutes you can be anwhere on the island for shopping and dining. The house is also conviently located for golf at the three courses in Sea Pines or visiting Harbor Town or the Salty Dog. Both are favorites of ours. Now no stay is perfect and we have experienced a few problems which were taken care of immediately by Stephanie. We plan on coming back every year because we love this house and enjoy our family time there.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children.
