Perfect mountaintop views of the Great Smokey National Park and Clingman's Dome (hightest point in Eastern US). At night the decks offer a stunning star studded panorama, or place to relax in the jacuzzi, under the stars.
This 5 bedroom home is just 10 minutes west of Bryson City, 2.5 hours north of Atlanta, and 2 hours west of Ashville.
Home features master bedroom with queen bed, reading chair, private bath with oversize soaking tub, shower, and full cedar walk in closet. Second bedroom has a queen bed. Third bedroom has a queen bed. Loft- two queen beds, full bathroom, fireplace, sitting room, and two upper balcony decks. 5th bedroom sleeps 3 on a double futon bunk bed. Basement has pool and ping/pong. (This is a non smoking home, allergen free home)

Why the Owner Chose Bryson City
We have several children and found this was a great place for a family vacation. The children love the intertubing, white water rafting and kayaking, along with fishing, hiking, and mountain biking. Some of our friends visit us and they enjoy the casinos in Cherokee and riding their bikes on the "Tail of the Dragon" Of course we alway like to come in the fall for the amazing colors with the changing of the leaves.

Owner's Map of Bryson City
We found this property several years ago and fell in love with the serenity, views and the campfires under the stars. We decided to build a cabin on the property make it large enough for our extended family to have a place to sleep too. The kids love being by the close to the white water rafting and Lake Fontana (especially taking out the canoe and using it as a raft to swim from). We just completed the cabin in 2008 and we love it there. We have our family reunions here and know 14 can sleep comfortably.
