Great ocean view first floor unit 50 yards from the no-drive beach. Fully furnished this air-conditioned unit has both bedroom and living room sliders to the patio and landscaped courtyard. This leads to the beach, observation deck and steps to the sand, as well as to the adult and kiddie pools, gazebo, clubhouse and BBQ grill.
Park right outside the condo door. Laundry facilities are located on every floor. Walk across the street for groceries, restaurants, beachwear and quick food choices. 1.5 hours to Orlando attractions, 30 minutes to Daytona Beach or Kennedy Space Center or Orlando Sanford Airport (closer than Orlando Airport), and 2 hours to St. Augustine.
Both directions from condo has historic sites as well as New Smyrna Dunes park and Canaveral National Seashore park. More than 10 public, 2 private and several mini-putt golf courses are in the area. We recommend you bring your own beach towels; other linens are provided.
SPECIAL RATES: if you rent our condo online you will be given a rebate on the base rate for the time selected. Full payment must be made to the rental office; the rebate will be directed to you from us, the owners.
When you decide on your date(s) and wish to qualify for the special rate, you must follow these steps: (1) Contact the Castle Reef Rental Manager, confirm availability, determine the fees due and payable and complete the reservation with the Manager. (2) Email me a copy of this page, which must also include your name, address, email address, phone number, and dates of the stay. Or, mail (via USPS) me a copy of each of the items above. Call us if you need this option. (3) Your rebate will be mailed, about 14 days after you completed your stay, full payment has been made to the Rental Office, and we've received all above items in (2).

Its first-floor convenience makes it easy to carry all your beach goodies out to the ocean, walk to the sundeck or swimming pools, carrying in groceries, or just plain walking ut to the beach, fishing or grabbing a newspaper.
