Great ocean view first floor unit 50 yards from the no-drive beach. Fully furnished this air-conditioned unit has both bedroom and living room sliders to the patio and landscaped courtyard. This leads to the beach, observation deck and steps to the sand, as well as to the adult and kiddie pools, gazebo, clubhouse and BBQ grill.
Park right outside the condo door. Laundry facilities are located on every floor. Walk across the street for groceries, restaurants, beachwear and quick food choices. 1.5 hours to Orlando attractions, 30 minutes to Daytona Beach or Kennedy Space Center or Orlando Sanford Airport (closer than Orlando Airport), and 2 hours to St. Augustine.
Both directions from condo has historic sites as well as New Smyrna Dunes park and Canaveral National Seashore park. More than 10 public, 2 private and several mini-putt golf courses are in the area. We recommend you bring your own beach towels; other linens are provided.
SPECIAL RATES: if you rent our condo online you will be given a reduced base rate for the time selected. Payment must be made to the Rental Manager who will contact you with the details for deposit, keys and payment.

All units have a 12.5% state sales and resort tax.
And a departure cleaning fee ($65) and admin fee ($25) are added.
