  I would count this vacation amongst the best I have been on. The Condo is fabulous. The oceon view and white picture postcard beach is breathtaking. The condo is walking distance to Pier Park where there are an abundance of interesting shops, restaurants and bars. The interior of the Condo is very tastefully decorated where comfort was obviously a huge consideration when it was designed. It has a feel to it of a 5 star resort. It has everything you will need available in it including high quality linens, bedding, towels even the crockery is to a high standard. The vacation was everything I had hoped for and more. I can honestly say I can't think of anything I did not like about this vacation and would definitely put it on my list of vacations to return to. I would definitely recommend it to a friend or relative.

  I am a Realtor so the condition of a property and being true to the online description is important to me! The condo was perfect! Love Tidewater, had stayed here last Summer as well and we did not know about or use the Steam Room, Suana and hot tubs in the gym area at that time. The steam room was awesome and was nice to use after the beach at the end of the day! Thanks so much for being so easy to work with! We will definetly stay here again in the future!

  I was nervous about renting a condo over the internet, but my daughter-in-law convinced me to try it, and since she, my son, and two grandchildren were going with me, we chose this unit after narrowing the choices down to three possibilities. Believe me when I say that the condo is better than advertised. All of us walked in that first day and said, "Wow!" The rooms are well appointed, comfortable, and clean, and we felt immediately at home.The property looks out over the gulf, and I had my coffee out on the balcony every morning. It was so relaxing. Watching from the balcony at various times throughout the day, we saw dolphins, sting rays, and schools of fish glide through the waters below, which delighted my grandchildren no end. The kitchen is well-equipped, and we used it frequently. There is a very spacious and peaceful feeling pervading this unit, so even if the weather is bad, you won't go "stir crazy." We had one rainy day during our visit, and we did not feel "stuck" inside at all. The owners are wonderful people to work with. They were accessible by phone and text right away when I called with a question, and accommodating to our needs. I can highly recommend this unit, and I hope to return next spring.

I am grateful that this guest "felt" the positive energy and felt comfortable inside our unit on a level beyond the typical comforts we all want and seek (like comfortable beds and a well-equipped kitchen). I feel the same when I am there (even while I am busy taking inventory and replacing/repairing things). :) There is just something unique about the combination of a large, expansive view of the ocean from high above, and the sounds of sea and sea wild life while being protected from unwanted noises and looks by the sturdy, concrete walls of the condo structure. It's so open yet so private.

  Truly enjoyed my stay!!! It was warm & inviting from the moment I walked through the door. The owner is great to work with!! The master bed is very comfy & loved the ocean view from the Master bedroom. The condo had everything I needed. Loved the view from the 18th floor-- the sunsets were awesome! I can't wait to go back. Also parking is very easy & secure and it's close to Pier Park. Need to book your stay....you'll love it!

  This condo is right on the gulf, on the eighteenth floor, with a patio overlooking the beach and water. It couldn't be better for a relaxing stay. The condo is furnished beautifully, the linens are both stylish, fresh and clean. It was quiet despite being spring break. It was spacious enough for a family of four. The owners are available via phone to answer any questions you might have. While we didn't stay in panama city beach much, this condo was a nice spring off point for our travels. Parking was secure and easy to use. Thank you, Brigit and Robert We will return when we can. Diana

  This is our second month-long winter stay in this lovely condo. As on our first stay, we again had a wonderful time here. There is so much to explore and do in this area, between live performance theater, dancing, a full array of great eating establishments, hiking, yoga, shopping, etc., there is never a want for activity if that is what you are looking for. Or, like us, between activities, just sitting back and enjoying some downtime is great too. The owners have gone out of their way to make sure all of our questions were answered. The condo itself has everything you would need to enjoy your time here. If you want to cook, all the necessary kitchen accesssories are available for your use. The condo is very clean and beautifully decorated. The beds and pillows are oh so comfortable. It's also so convenient to have a washer/dryer right in the unit. We enjoy the exercise room and heated indoor pool that is available on the premises as well. All in all, a terrific place to enjoy your home away from home!

  Great location. Easy walk to shopping and restaurants. Unit is well maintained and clean. Loved to watch the dolphins from the balcony each morning. Owner is a gem to deal with - very pleasant and accomodating.

  The condo was very beautiful and very comfortable just as the picture show. Felt like home. We could see so much ocean life from our unit a great view. The weather could not have been more perfect this week and it was just wonderful. The people at the resort were just as nice. We would very much come back to this unit and the Tidewater.

  This condo is better than pictured!! Having stayed in many condos in Destin and Panama City Beach over the last 15 years, I can say this condo has some of the most comfortable living room furniture and mattresses ever. The views from the 18th floor are great for seeing all kinds of sea creatures.Tidewater is a lovely property and the complimentary beach service is a plus. It is a pleasure to work with Birgit. All in all this condo has everything you could possibly need as well as being tastefully decorated. I would definitely stay here again.
