Tidewater Beach Resort has impressive amenities: two 4,200 square foot outdoor lagoon pools with a separate heated jaccuzzi each, a heated indoor pool, a 4,300 square foot state-of-the-art fitness center with Roman Spa, steam rooms and a health bar, a theater-style movie/media center, a game arcade, and soon to be opened restaurant and gift shop. It is only a short walk or bike ride from City Pier(great for fishing and marine life watching) and Pier Park, the new entertainment, shopping and dining hub of West Panama City Beach and beyond! Why the Owner Chose Tidewater Beach Resort
We chose to buy a beach condo at Tidewater Beach Resort because we loved the location. It's easy to reach via Hwy 79, barely 6 hours driving time from the Northern suburbs of Atlanta (where we live) and it's within a comfortable walking distance of Pier Park (but far enough away from it to not be impacted by noise and traffic) and close to other points of interest. Most importantly, it is directly on the beach and has beautiful, unobstructable views of the ocean and sunsets. We also like the fact that it is on the West end of Panama City Beach where there is a lower density of developments along the beach. It is only a short bike ride or car drive to the less developed beach communities west of PCB.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
We like leaving the car parked as much as possible during our vacations at the beach. That is easy to do at Tidewater because of all the resort and beach offer and its proximity to anything we need. Tidewater Beach Resort is directly on the beach and despite the fact that we are on the 18th floor, it only takes us a few minutes to get from our condo to the beach, pools and other resort community areas via 7 available high-speed elevators. We love relaxing in our 18th floor condo and enjoy our "bird's nest" view of the ocean and beach and sunsets in total privacy. We usually either walk or use our bicycles to go to Pier Park, Frank Brown Park, the closest grocery store (Winn Dixie), pharmacy (CVS?), public library, the tourist information office, the fresh seafood store and to various restaurants nearby. There is also a beach trolley offering free rides along Front Beach Road and to and from Pier Park. We enjoy taking advantage of nearby Frank Brown Park to play tennis and watch ball games with our kids there.

We are a family of 4 (parents and two girls, age 6 and 8) and we live in the Metro-Atlanta area in Georgia. We fullfilled a dream by purchasing a condo on the beach. We want to create a lot of happy memories there for and with our children, our friends and extended families and we are glad to share it with our guests to do the same.
