Indulge yourself...isn't that what vacations are for? This immaculate unit is well decorated and very well equipped with granite countertops in kitchen plus a separate wet-bar with ice maker. Whether relaxing on the balcony, master bedroom or living room, you will be delighted with the view of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.
The master bedroom, opens to the oceanfront balcony and has a king-size bed plus a private bath with double vanities along with a large shower and a jacuzzi tub.
Two separate guest rooms offer twin beds in one and a queen bed in the other. Both have private bathrooms. For those groups needing more sleeping arrangements, the sofa in the living room opens to a queen bed.
With this unit, our guests receive two reserved covered parking spaces close to the elevators.
If the beach isn't entertainment enough, Regency Isle is a destination in itself with not only an outdoor pool and hot tub, but also an indoor pool and hot tub. There is also a sauna and fitness center. Add beach volleyball and a putting green and you can see, we have thought of everything to entertain the entire family.
There is also a gazebo with gas grills, should you decide to take a break from the many great restaurants nearby.
Within a short drive of this complex, you will find some of the finest golf courses in Florida and Alabama. There are water parks, mini golf, and shopping from upscale to outlets, along with art galleries and museums. We are just about a 15 minute drive to the Pensacola NAS , Home of the World-Famous Blue Angels! Some days you may be lucky enough to see them fly by this unit!

This condo is wonderful! Great views, comfortable and classy. Has all the amenities you will need to have a fantastic vacation. Clean and well maintained. Balcony large enough to relax and savor the tradewinds from the best beachfront property around. Plenty of space. Conveniently located to all restaurants and stores. Will definitely return to this unit.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
Loved it. Perfect place and location. Was everything we needed.

Condo was as advertised and the owners are very nice and friendly to deal with. Will definitely use again if available.

WOW!! This is the nicest condo we have visited along the Gulf Coast. The colors & decor were extraordinary. The MBath was spacious and really enjoyed the whirlpool tub. We liked the bedroom layout for kids and since we like to cook, the kitchen was extremely well equipped. Liked the closeness to shopping and eating out. We will DEFINITELY be back. Thanks for a great vacation!!
