This gulf front home has 5 bedrooms in the main house and 2 additional bedrooms in the guest house.
The layout of the house is as follows:
1st floor-Living Area, Dining Area and Gourment Kitchen
-Has a media room with queen sleeper sofa
Sitting Area with full sleeper sofa and private bathroom
2nd floor: Has 3 king bedrooms all with their own private bathrooms. One is the gulf front master suite with a master bathroom which has double vanities, sunken tub, walk in shower...with a peak hole view of the GULF!
3rd floor: The game room area which has a queen sleeper sofa, pool table, telescope and small kitchenette.
The Guest House has a full kitchen with two bedrooms. Both with King Bedrooms.
Other property amenities include a separate guest quarters, wet bars, jetted tubs, steam shower, lap pool, intercom system, 7 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas and internet.
