An excellent alternative to a hotel room in terms of price, facilities, position and independance. All the benefits but no working around cleaners wanting to get into your room or having not done your room when you want to settle in for a while. It is great to have the option of self-catering sometimes, particularly when you can sit on a balcony with an unbeatable view. Could not fault the property or the ease of dealing direct with the owners. If (or should I say when) we come back to Miami, this is where we would want to stay. Cannot think of any negative points.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, sightseeing.

Ideal location in Miami Beach, 15 minutes walk from the art deco district. Breathtaking views of the sea and the pool of the hotel. Apartment very comfortable and very well equipped. Valet helpful. Owner always accessible. In short, very enjoyable stay!

My wife and I escaped to South Beach for a long weekend last year. Margie was so very accomodating -- everything was perfect. The condo is one of the best deals is South Beach. This is a perfect location!! The balcony and the view are simply amazing! We hope to return this year soon!

We've had several stays at the Roney Palace, including two at this apartment, and we wouldn't now go anywhere else. The owners are friendly, quick and efficient and it's all so easy. As for the apartment - it has everything you could possibly want or need, and is quiet, cool and comfortable. In addition, we love that it's separated by a short walk (either down Collins, or along the beach walk) from the throng of Ocean Drive. Highly recommended!

i stayed here for one month in sept 2009 and the place looked exactly as the pictures, margie was always on hand if we needed to contact her, i was even able to pay cash once i arrived rather then paying before hand.. i would defo stay here again, actually i am looking for a place for may 2011 hence why i am back on this site and i just rememebered i did not write a review before

Comodísimo apartamento. ya lo hemos rentado por dos años consecutivos y pensamos seguir haciéndolo. Super cómodo, amplia cocina, living con comedor , placard enorme y dormitorio muy agradable. La vista al mar es lindísima y la piscina es de sueño. Cerca de todo, especial para salir a caminar por Collins al atardecer. Altamente recomendable. es mucho mas bello que en las fotos.
