Easy walk to the beach from this lovely Condo. Located on the first floor, with a huge patio for entertaining and relaxing. Vast amount of private terrace space for sun lovers. Completely furnished, terrific clubhouse with indoor/patio dining overlooking beautiful tropical pool, clay tennis courts and fitness center too! Several pools to choose from, hot tub,and many more amenities!!!

November 2009 the condo was painted, carpets cleaned, tile & grout were steam cleaned, new bed linens were purchased, etc.. We really wanted to freshen up the place with a good deep down clean, new decor, fresh paint, and so on.

The condo is located on the first floor of building #1. This is the best location for the shared pool, hot tub, dining, tennis, etc. This is also the closest location to the beach. Makes this unit very easy for going back and forth to the pool. There is also a more private pool and hot tub in the back of the building as well as the shared pool. Just a few of the amenities are: casually elegant dining and socializing, huge resort pool with spacious sun deck and pool bar, active tennis program with pro shop and a fitness center with spa and massage area. Even mans best friend will feel right at home residing in this well-situated upscale community.
